A Lesson in Self Help: Many Parents Returning to School to Help their Children

Applied Behavioral Analysis, or A.B.A, is a growing field in therapy, especially for parents who have children diagnosed as autistic. Finding and funding properly trained therapists can be draining on emotional and financial resources. Many parents are returning to school in hopes of obtaining their Masters degree in A.B.A, a branch of special education. With the exception of a few colleges and universities, this degree is almost impossible to find and obtain. In New Jersey, Caldwell College is focusing specifically on A.B.A therapy training.
