Skillshare.com is a start up website that provides a forum for users to find and share skill building classes in a ‘democratic’ and ‘peer-to-peer’ way.

Users can create a password on their own, or hook the site up with their Facebook, and find physical or online classes in their location on a variety of skill building subjects. When we searched we found courses, either free or for relatively cheap, on everything from “Book Making” to “Purchasing a Home” to “How to Create and Develop a Business Model.”

You can also sign up and build your reputation as an expert, posting your own classes to bestow your knowledge upon your community.
